PROJECT APEX is a daily physical operating system that develops strength, endurance, speed, mobility, combat readiness, and resilience. Every session is designed to improve multiple performance qualities, creating a body prepared for sport, work, adventure, and life.
The body is an interconnected highway of bone, nerves, fascia, tendons, and muscles. In order to maintain balance and control, one has to train the entire operating system. This makes each workout new, expansionist, and exciting. It's never the same, and neither are you.
