Street photography is about noticing the fleeting arrangements of people, light, gesture, emotion, unspoken thoughts, and I always ruin the spontaneity by asking for permission first. But nothing is really lost—with a little distance or direction, people soon forget you're there.

WHISPERS UNDER A VENUS SKY
My first photograph with a Canon 5DS.
I went out to test its 50-megapixel sensor against a Canadian sunset. Serendipitously, these two appeared in silhouette against the water.
Shot with the EF 17–40mm f/4L at 40mm. I reinterpreted the cooler original into warmer, slightly surreal tones—not quite as it was, but closer to how I saw it.
